About The Hub
Collective Therapy Hub is my space, created with intention, calm and comfort in mind. Every room has been shaped to feel safe and soothing, with soft lighting, gentle colours and a sense of ease that helps people settle in quickly.
I want you to feel like you can breathe here.
I opened the hub because I wanted one place where all the pieces of my work could come together. Counselling, drum therapy, yin yoga and mental health training all support wellbeing in different ways, and I kept seeing how powerful they were when blended and accessible under one roof. Creating a single, supportive space means people can explore the type of help that feels right for them without confusion or overwhelm.
My approach is down to earth and human. I meet you where you are, I listen without judgement and I hold space for honest conversations, steady support and practical tools that genuinely help. Whether you come in for counselling, yin yoga, drum therapy or training, my focus is always on creating a space where you feel understood and cared for.
I have added a video tour of the hub so you can look around before you visit. Many people find it helpful to see the space first, especially if stepping into support feels like a big move.
My hope is that this makes your first visit a little easier and a lot less stressful.
