Specialisations

Collective Therapy Hub offers counselling, drum therapy, yin yoga, mental health training and supportive workplace programs for individuals, families, and organisations across Latrobe, Devonport and the North West of Tasmania.

Each service is delivered by Jodhi, a qualified counsellor and experienced facilitator who focuses on practical support, nervous system care, and real-world tools that help people feel more grounded and confident.

Whether you need personal support, wellbeing programs, or accredited training for your workplace, you will find clear pathways here to improve mental health, reduce stress and build stronger connections.

Counselling with Jodhi is centred on real connection and genuine care. She takes the time to understand you as a whole person, not just the problem you are facing. Her sessions are calm, supportive and focused on helping you feel safe, heard and understood.

You will work together at a pace that feels comfortable, exploring what is happening in your life and what you need right now. Jodhi blends practical strategies with gentle guidance, helping you make sense of your thoughts and feelings, develop new coping skills and build confidence again.

She supports people with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship concerns, grief, trauma, low self esteem, life changes and more.

Whether you are looking for short term support or a deeper ongoing process, you will be met with kindness, clarity and a very down to earth approach.

Drum therapy combines rhythm, movement and guided reflection to help reduce stress, build confidence and support emotional wellbeing. Jodhi’s sessions are relaxed and welcoming, making it easy for people of all ages and abilities to participate.

Her HEALTH BEAT programs, delivered across Latrobe, Devonport and surrounding areas, use drumming to calm the nervous system, create connection and encourage self expression.

Drum therapy is available for individuals, small groups, workplaces and community organisations looking for a unique and uplifting approach to wellbeing.

Yin Yoga at Collective Therapy Hub is gentle, slow and deeply restorative. It supports your mind and body by easing tension, reducing overwhelm and creating a sense of calm. Classes focus on long, supported holds, breathwork and mindful awareness, making it an accessible option for beginners and experienced yogis.

This style of yoga is especially helpful for anyone dealing with stress, anxiety or emotional fatigue. Sessions are held in Latrobe and are a welcoming space to unwind, reset and reconnect with yourself. You will walk out feeling steadier and more centred.

Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid Training gives you the skills to recognise when someone may be struggling and respond safely and confidently. This accredited training is ideal for workplaces, community groups, educators, volunteers and frontline staff across North West Tasmania.

Jodhi delivers MHFA in a clear, supportive and practical way, helping participants learn how to approach difficult conversations, offer immediate support and guide someone towards professional help.

Training can be provided onsite for organisations or through scheduled public courses on the North West.

It’s an essential step for improving wellbeing, communication and safety within your team or community.

Accidental Counsellor Training

Accidental Counsellor Training gives people practical tools for those moments when someone turns to them in distress. It’s designed for workplaces, schools, community services and anyone who regularly supports others but isn’t a counsellor.

Using Jodhi’s simple 4 Phase Framework, participants learn how to recognise the signs that someone is struggling, hold a safe and calm conversation, set healthy boundaries and protect their own wellbeing.

This training is available as in-house sessions for organisations across Devonport, Latrobe and the wider North West, as well as regular public workshops.

It’s a down to earth, skill-building program that strengthens communication, reduces stress and supports a healthier team culture.
