Yin Yoga

Did you know that Yin Yoga is a powerful practice in supporting our mind health and wellbeing?

With it's emphasis on slow, meditative movements, long holds, and deep stretching, it can have a profound effect on reducing stress, promoting relaxation, and cultivating mindfulness.

There is much evidence to suggest that Yin Yoga practice helps in managing anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges by providing a space for self-reflection, emotional release, and inner peace and freedom. The combination of physical movement with mind and emotional exploration is a powerful practice in looking at our whole self.

When we are in an emotional or stress-related crisis, our whole nervous system is affected, producing potentially harmful changes in the mind and body. Yin Yoga can help mitigate some of these harmful changes in very simple and accessible ways. Yin sequences work directly with the nervous system in a beautiful way, using the breath and mindful attention as the primary vehicles to ease suffering.

Come and join me, and experience the freedom of YIN ... your central nervous system will thank you.

You will walk away feeling Centred, Calmed and Connected.

'Your kindness and compassion towards others will be life changing for your students. You have a nurturing energy which is perfect for Yin'
